Let’s Get Ready to “Ramble”

I’ve seen what the Gospel can do to a person when it’s communicated with simplicity and that’s where I come in.
— Jordan Ramble

Jordan Ramble recently moved on from the “Skii Mask Jordan” Brand to embrace himself as the Artist - Jordan Ramble. Devoting both his life & music to God. We recently had him on The Indie LA Experience Podcast, but lately he’s been on a tear in the christian music space, and community, so we had to find out more.

Since we last spoke on the podcast, you have released some new music. Talk to us, what was the inspiration and process behind your latest release?

So much has happened since we last spoke, musically I’ve really tapped into pocket, and the mindset and goal behind everything that I’ve created since has been to just tell me story and bringing people into my world.

How do you see the Christian Rap or Christian music scene as it is today, and how do you see it evolving?

I think it’s in a beautiful space! It’s getting bigger and bigger and more christian artist are breaking out which is needed! It’s a dope time to be apart of it.

You and your wife have recently opened up a Christian Night Club in Los Angeles. What inspired this idea? How has it been collaborating together on the project? Tell us about the experience people can expect.

Community, God gave us this idea back In 2018 but we just never executed. After been blessed with such a huge community and influence with no where to go outside of the church setting, it felt like the perfect solution to that problem.

And the collaboration on it has been dope!

It just feels like it was meant to be and we work well together.

What has been the biggest obstacle or hurdle you've had to overcome as an artist, and as an entrepreneur in Los Angeles?

So far, I’ve been blessed to not have many obstacles. I think the biggest thing is just finding your tribe and I’ve been blessed to be able to do so.

Your faith has clearly had a huge influence on you person, and creatively as an artist. What is it about faith or god that inspires you? How do you tap into that creatively?

The idea of being able to communicate the gospel in a way that anyone from any walk of life can hear it and say this guy reminds me of me is what inspires me, because I’ve seen what the Gospel can do to a person when it’s communicated with simplicity and that’s where I come in.

Being able to impact people lives through what I love is what gives me the inspiration I need to keep going.

If you could go back in time and speak to your younger self, what would you say? is there anything you would change?

I wouldn’t change a thing honestly. I would tell myself - trust the process young fella. God got you!
